1. Booking & Deposit

• A deposit is required to secure your rental, as indicated on our website.

• Cancel at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund of your deposit.

• No-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit.

• To cancel or reschedule, contact us at hello@igorsbikeshack.com or call 773-462-1132.

2. Rental Duration & Returns

• Pickups and returns must be made during store hours only.

• Late returns may be subject to additional fees.

• No refunds or credits for early returns.

3. What’s Included

• All rentals include a helmet and lock.

• Other accessories are available for an additional fee.

• We'll help with sizing and on-site adjustments to get you riding comfortably.

4. Rider Requirements

• All riders must complete our liability waiver before pickup.

• A valid ID is required at the time of rental.

• Riders must be 18 or older.

5. Bike Condition & Rider Responsibility

• Riders are responsible for the theft, loss, or damage of the bike and accessories.

• All bikes are inspected before and after each rental.

• If you run into a mechanical issue:

  • Call us and we’ll guide you through a quick fix.

  • Bring the bike back to the shop if you're nearby.

  • Or visit another shop at your own expense if needed.​​

6. Credit Card Info — Quick & Clear

• We securely save your credit card info when you rent.

• We don’t charge anything extra unless a bike or accessory is lost or damaged beyond normal wear and tear.

• If that happens, we’ll always contact you first before processing any charges.​
